优质护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者健康教育管理的效果观察
[摘要] 目的 分析优质护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者健康教育管理的效果。方法 选取2017年5月—2018年5月前来该院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者82例，按照随机分配原则将所有患者分成两组，即对照组和研究组，对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用优质护理，同时加强健康教育管理，对两组的护理效果进行对比。结果 研究组患者在饮食控制、定期产检、坚持监测血糖等遵医行为显著优于对照组（P<0.05）;护理前，两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后研究组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者而言，在健康教育管理基础上进行优质护理，取得比较理想的护理效果，不仅能提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的遵医行为，还能有效改善患者的血糖，值得进一步推广和使用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing on health education management in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 82 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were eolled. All patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization， namely the control group and the study group. The control group adopted routine treatment and the study group applied quality nursing and strengthened health education management to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results In the study group， the compliance behaviors of diet control， regular checkup， and monitoring of blood glucose were significantly better than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Before the treatment， the fasting blood glucose and the two-hour postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were not significantly different （P>0.05）， the post-nursing study group was significantly better than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients with gestational diabetes， quality nursing based on health education management can achieve better nursing results， which can not only improve the compliance behavior of patients with gestational diabetes， but also effectively improve the blood glucose of patients. It is worth further promotion and use.

隨着生活水平的不断提高，加上二胎政策的开放，高龄产妇也越来越多，妊娠糖尿病患者有着明显增加的趋势，给母婴的健康和安全造成严重的影响。因此，做好妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理工作，俨然成为当前临床工作的重点，鉴于此，该文对2017年3月—2018年3月于该院收治的82例患者为研究对象，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
择取于该院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者82例纳入该次研究，经过检查，所有患者均符合《妊娠合并糖尿病》中有关诊断标准，且均为单胎妊娠、尿常规和肝功能检查均正常，排除多胎妊娠患者、胎盘功能异常患者等。将所有患者按照随机分配原则分成对照组和研究组，对照组41例患者中年龄范围介于23～46岁，平均年龄为（36±3.5）岁;研究组41例患者中年龄范围介于22～45岁，平均年龄为（35±3.2）岁，两组患者在一般资料的比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性，且所有患者均知情同意该次研究，并在该院伦理委员会的批准下完成。
1.2 方法
对照组护理方案：应用常规护理，即患者入院后向其发放有关妊娠期糖尿病知识手册、常规产检、饮食指导、定期血糖监测等基础性护理。
