河南省某农业院校大学生营养KAP及膳食营养状况调查分析
摘要：以某农业院校在校大学生的营养知识、营养态度、饮食行为（营养KAP）和膳食营养状况为研究目的，采用整群抽样方法随机抽取2个年级不同专业12个班级学生作为调查对象，对其进行营养KAP问卷调查和24 h回顾法调查膳食营养状况。共发放KAP调查问卷376份，回收问卷360份，有效问卷348份，回收率和合格率分别为95.8%和96.7%。大学生营养KAP平均得分为45.96±4.43分，其中女生得分高于男生（p<0.05），二年级大学生得分高于一年级大学生（p<0.05），食品专业大学生得分高于其他专业大学生（p<0.05）。经多元线性回归分析，影响大学生营养KAP得分的主要因素为性别、年级、专业和生源。大学生存在不同程度的能量和营养素摄入量不足的情况，食品专业学生营养状况优于非食品专业学生（p<0.05），女生的营养状况优于男生（能量和铁元素除外）。

The Survey of Nutritional Knowledge Attitude and Practice of
Agriculture College Students

Abstract：To investigate the status of nutrition knowledge，attitude and behavior（KAP）and dietary nutrition of agriculture college students. Using cluster sampling method，2 grades students of different majors in 12 classes are randomly selected as subjects，and the nutritional KAP questionnaire and 24 h retrospective survey are conducted to investigate the dietary nutrition status. There are 376 questionnaires are distributed，360 questionnaires are returned，348 questionnaires are valid questionnaires，the recovery rate and the qualified rate are 95.8% and 96.7%，respectively. The average score of nutrition KAP is 45.96±4.43，the scores of girls are higher than boys（p<0.05），the grade 2 students scored higher than grade 1 students（p<0.05），food professional students scored higher than other majors（p<0.05）. By multiple linear regression analysis，the main factors that affect the KAP score of college students are gender，grade，specialty and origin. Students have different levels of energy and nutrient inadequate intake，the nutritional status of students is better than other professional students（p< 0.05），the nutritional status of girls is better than boys（excluding energy and iron）.

0 引言
隨着社会经济水平的提高和国家科学普及工作的不断推进，人们逐渐认识到营养对健康的重要性。但研究显示，人们对合理营养与平衡膳食的知识了解仍较欠缺[1-4]，从而导致营养相关疾病，如肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、肿瘤等的发病率大幅度上升[5-6]。农业院校大学生是一个特殊的群体，他们对营养知识的掌握状况和饮食行为的优劣不仅关系到自身未来的健康状况，更在农产品种植、养殖、贮藏与加工等环节渗透营养与健康的理念，进而影响中华民族未来整体的健康水平。因此，对该类人群进行平衡膳食与营养教育尤为重要。为了解农业院校在校大学生的营养知识、营养态度和饮食行为（营养KAP）状况及存在的问题，笔者于2015年 4月在学院进行了营养KAP调查，为探索合理的营养教育模式提供参考。
1 对象及方法
1.1 调查对象
首先采用分层随机抽样和整群抽样的方法，抽取学院8个二级学院2个年级12个班级共376名学生作为研究对象，进行营养KAP调查。
