这学期担任小学四年级两个班的英语教学工作。现将本学期的教学工作总结如下：
一、英语学习的情况分析
1、由于我是四年级才接教这些学生，所以学生们未能习惯我的教学方法和教学制度、措施。但总体的学习基础和学习习惯养成都比三年级好。不过原有不及格的学困生成绩依然不好，两极分化严重，情况不容乐观。
2、教学上的一些的困难
跟三年级相比，四年级的教材在难度上加大了，并且增加了四会字母和单词。教学内容也增加了， 教学任务十分繁重，教师教学，以及学生接受都比较困难，再加上每周的课时也不多，上课节奏十分紧凑，学生复习的时间相对减少。
二、教学工作
1、我注重培养孩子的英语学习兴趣，从各个方面培养和锻炼孩子的听说能力，利用一切机会让孩子们练习听说能力，创造说英语的一切机会。有时候在学习某个句型或某些词的用法时，像做游戏一样利用实物寓玩于教。比如在学习第二单元a部分的letsquo;s do时，需要掌握介词in ,on ,under，near时，我把钢笔、书等与学生的学习有关的学习文具藏在某个地方，让学生闭上眼睛来猜。让学生猜is it in/on /under/near…? 回答对了，就会得到奖励。这样既让学生喜欢学，又便于掌握。
2、教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，必须备教材、备学生、备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和学生学习的积极性。备课时教师需掌握每一节课的教学内容及重点、难点，同时还要能根据学生的实际情况，采用不同的教学方法。此外老师每天上课都要有充足的精神，这样比较容易带动学生的积极性。
3、及时培养学生良好的学习习惯，课前多预习，课堂上要求学生注意力集中，真正听懂老师所讲的内容。在书写作业中，教师应严格要求学生的书写格式。所以我在教学时，我先让学生正确书写26个字母的大小写，然后让他们抄写单词及句子。对学生的作业或练习出现的书写错误及时当面纠正。并让该学生正确补写。使其懂得知错必改。样成良好的学习习惯。
三、不足之处
