互联网+儿童健康管理平台在幼儿园健康管理中的应用效果

　　[摘要]目的 探討互联网+儿童健康管理平台在幼儿园健康管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年12月在广东省佛山市大沥镇辖区内使用互联网+儿童健康管理平台的10所幼儿园作为实验组，同时选取同等规模的10所实施常规健康管理的幼儿园作为对照组，比较两组晨午检的完整完成情况、保健医生人力资源配置、聚集性传染病发病情况、职能部门对幼儿园管理综合评比情况、家长满意度及幼儿生长发育评价准确率。结果 实验组晨午检完整天数多于对照组，完成卫生保健工作量的人数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组1年内传染性疾病聚集性病例发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组综合评比得分及年度评比得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组家长满意度及幼儿生长发育评价准确率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在幼儿园健康管理中使用互联网+儿童健康管理平台可有效提高学生的健康监护质量及保健医生工作效率，降低保健医生的人力资源配置，减少传染性疾病发生，提高家长满意度及幼儿生长发育评价准确度。

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of internet + child health management platform in health management of kindergarten.Methods In the jurisdiction of Dali County in Foshan of Guangdong Province，10 kindergartens with internet + child health management platform in Dali county of Foshan in Guangdong from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the experimental group，and 10 same-size kindergartens with routine health management were selected as the control group.The complete finish of morning and noon check，human resource allocation of health physicians，the incidence of clustering infectious disease，comprehensive assessment of kindergarten management by functional department，satisfaction of parents，accuracy rate of child growth evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The full days of morning and noon check in the experimental group were more than those in the control group，and the number of finishing health care workload in the experimental group was less than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significan （P<0.05）.The incidence of clustering cases of infectious disease in the experimental group within 1 year was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significan （P<0.05）.The scores of comprehensive assessment and annual assessment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significan （P<0.05）.The satisfaction of parents and accuracy rate of child growth evaluation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significan （P<0.05）.Conclusion Internet + child health management platform in health management of kindergarten can effectively increase the health monitoring quality of students，guarantee the work efficiency of health physicians，decrease human resource allocation of health physicians，reduce the incidence of infectious disease，promote the satisfaction of parents and accuracy rate of child growth evaluation.
