2011年顺德区大良街道托幼机构儿童传染病发病情况分析

　　【摘要】 目的 掌握2011年顺德区大良街道托幼机构儿童传染病的发病情况，分析其流行特征，为该地区的预防保健对策提供依据。方法 用SPSS13.0软件对传染病发病数据进行统计处理，回顾性分析采用描述性流行病学方法。结果 2011年顺德区大良街道托幼机构儿童共报告发生传染病6种、533例，报告传染病发病率为133.25/万；发生传染病的前5位为手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、水痘、流感和风疹，分别占57.22%、18.20%、16.51%、7.32%、0.56%；传染病的高发期为4月、5月、6月、11月、12月。结论 应加强托幼机构的基础卫生设施建设，强化传染病的报告管理制度，要大力开展对儿童的相关疫苗接种和健康检查，并根据传染病的发病特征，采取积极有效的预防控制措施，以期降低发病率。

　　【Abstract】Objective To master the incidence status of the children in nurseries of Daliang Street of Shunde in 2011，and analysis the epidemiological characteristics，so as to provide the basis for making preventive care.Methods The infectious disease incidence data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software，and the retrospective analysis was conducted by using descriptive epidemiology methods.Results Totally 6 cases，533 kinds of infectious diseases of the children in nurseries were reported in 2011，with the incidence was 13.32%.The top 5 infectious diseases were Hand foot and mouth disease，Mumps，Chicken pox，Flu and Rubella，and the proportion was 57.22%，18.20%，16.51%，7.32%，0.56%，respectively.The high incidence of infectious diseases was in April，May，June，November，December.Conclusion It is should to strengthen the construction of basic health facilities in nurseries and the management system of infectious diseases report，and take positive and effective measures to reduce the incidence.

　　托幼机构是儿童聚集的场所，因其空间相对封闭，人群相互之间接触密切频繁，为某些传染病如手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、水痘等的传播提供了有利条件。加之儿童免疫力相对低下，因此，托幼机构已成为某些传染病的高发场所，容易导致其暴发流行，也是预防控制传染病工作的重中之重。为掌握顺德区大良街道托幼机构儿童传染病的发病情况，分析其流行特征，以提高托幼机构对儿童传染病疫情控制的意识，做好传染病的预防控制工作，现将其2011年的传染病发病情况分析如下。
　　1 资料与方法
　　1.1 资料来源 资料来源于2011年大良街道所托幼机构上报的传染病报表，疾病的诊断由区内二级以上正规医院确诊，经托幼机构保健医生核实后上报。
　　1.2 统计方法 运用描述性流行病学方法进行回顾性分析，将数据录入SPSS13.0，并利用该软件进行统计分析，统计学描述采用百分率、构成比等方法。
　　2 结 果
　　2.1 传染病发病情况 2011年，大良街道共报告托幼机构儿童传染病6种、533例，年均报告传染病发病率为133.25/万。发生前5位的传染病病种为手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、水痘、流感和风疹，分别占57.22%、18.20%、16.51%、7.32%、0.56%，未见有脊髓灰质炎、百日咳、白喉等报告，详细结果，见表1。
　　2.2 各种传染病不同月份发病情况 资料显示，我区托幼机构儿童传染病高发期主要集中在4月、5月、6月、11月、12月，占了发病数的53.8%，详细结果，见表2。
　　3 讨 论
　　托幼机构是一个特殊的场所，为儿童集居之地，相互接触密切，且儿童来源复杂，加之此年龄段的儿童免疫力相对低下，一旦发生传染病入侵，就很容易发生扩散、蔓延而引起疾病的爆发。
